Antonina Prudko is a specialist with 20 years of experience collaborating with international, national, not-for-profit, and state agencies in Ukraine. Over the past decade, she has led initiatives to promote business integrity and enhance compliance in Ukrainian businesses.
Before joining UNIC in 2020, Ms Prudko served as a Resident Advisor for the OECD/ACN Secretariat, where she managed the OECD Anti-Corruption Project for Ukraine from 2014 to 2020. She strengthened the Business Ombudsman's institutional and analytical capacity and helped establish the Ukrainian Network of Integrity and Compliance (UNIC). Additionally, she consulted on energy sector reform, co-chaired the Donors' Anti-Corruption Thematic Working Group, and facilitated the Criminal Justice Anti-Corruption Advisory Group.
Earlier, Antonina contributed to Pact Inc.'s largest civil society development project, UNITER. She also worked with the OSCE on civil society advocacy and mobilisation projects, and with the American Bar Association on judicial reform and legal clinic programs.
